This Property has become a nice and warm place to live. It is very well maintained and clean. The location is great. It like having a house with pool and gym. The prices are very fair.

Not a great place
The property was bought by a new company 3/2024. It has changed and not for the better. The garbage dumpsters are emptied twice a week. The residents throw garbage outside the dumpsters. I’m not sure why people are okay living like this.
Today it’s been 3 days since Hurricane Helene. There is still branches and debris all over.
The parking lot floods during heavy rain. The storm drain is covered with branches and debris.
Residents drive through parking lot all hours music so loud it... vibrates in your apartment.
The place has just turned into a dump!
As soon as my lease is up I am out.

Excellent Management
I had the pleasure recently to work with the Community Manager, Marisela. She was extremely professional, prompt and courteous. I had to have several communications back and forth with her and she was always available and answered all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend stopping by to talk with Marisela if you are interested in an apartment here.

Safe and Quiet
This place is safe, quiet, and clean! It’s hard to believe you live right off of Ulmerton some days. Also, Marisela is very easy to talk to and understanding.

Excellent staff Great property
Marisela is the best! She is the best property manager I have ever had. I’ve been here 3 years. She keeps this place very nice. It’s a very quiet place too. If you are looking for a great place to live look no further!
