Southwinds Cove

This is the classiest apartment that I've ever lived in. Everything is a cut above the rest from the carpet to the countertops. There may not be much fir me to do in leesburg, but I feel awesome when I pull up to my very own garage in a clean and well maintained community. I feel safe and that means a lot to me and my family.

I was 1st attracted to this community because it was breathtakingly beautiful. It was right in the center if nothing. A gated community with a clean pool and a great floor plan that includes a private garage for each unit, marble countertops, tile and berber carpet throughout and well maintained landscaping. Although this is a great place to live and maintenance response time in excellent, there are a couple drawbacks. My entire row of townhome apartments backs up to a busy street. There is no… danger but the traffic can be heard very clearly and loudly from the living room and master bedroom. it took quite a while to get used to the noise. And whereas the floorplan is amazing, space is a little limited. Other than that, this is a very nice place to live. Like the room sizes for a small family of 3 kitchen it the right size. Enough room for family to come visit. Pool and gym in the community. Very clean and painted. Nothing bad to say.
