Golf Brook Apartments is an apartment community in Longwood, FL
I lived in Golf Brook Apartments for 3 years. The office staff and maintenance team are just amazing . They are quick and thorough. They treat residents like family. The property itself it’s beautiful it reminds you are close to nature at all times. Sitting in a prime spot close by to wekiwa springs . This place truly makes you feel like home. Highly recommended.

Golf Brook is a great community
The apartments are very well maintained, friendly staff and quiet neighborhood. We lived there for over 3 years before buying our home. If I had to go back to an apartment it would be back at Golfbrook. Nice amenities and even better neighbors.

Top Notch Community!
Golf Brook Apartments is an amazing place to live! My apartment was spacious, private, and so perfect for my husband, dog, and I! If we hadn't purchased a house we would still be living there. The maintenance and office staff are always quick and friendly, and the community is very well maintained. I recommend Golf Brook to all my friends, family, and another else I meet who is looking for an apartment!

Living in golf brook circle has been an amazing living experience its quite its clean very spacious for everything i need fav place of my apartment will be the bathroom cant go wrong with a big bathroom the prices are reasonable i would recommend this community to a family

Look No Further Than Golf Brook Apartments!!!
If you are considering apartment living, then Golf Brook Apartments is where you want to be! I have been a resident for 2 years and been very satisfied with living here. The management and staff are truly exceptional and are very attentive to resident concerns. Everyone works hard every day to ensure operations run smoothly and management is very interested in promoting and maintaining a healthy community life.
The apartments are all spacious and accommodating and the open floor plan... layouts and raised ceilings (for second story units) are nice too and add virtual space. The property was built on a former 9-hole executive golf course, so most of the units are bordered by lots of open green space, which provides nice views and a natural sound barrier. If you love mature trees and people, there are plenty here! This is a safe and quiet community and offers lots of nice amenities (clubhouse, pool and gym). The property is also pet friendly. In fact, this past year, management added a Pet Spa called The Pampered Paw!!
All of the apartments also include fireplaces, large master bathrooms with a jacuzzi tub and stand-up shower and garages! These options are not available in many apartment communities or are considered separately priced options.
There are so many great reasons why you will love living in Golf Brook. I hope you will strongly consider Golf Brook Apartments as your next residence. You will be truly glad you did!
