Tampa Palms is a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, where suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk. Just south of town, discover University Mall. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. Un-Leashed Pet Fee: $50.00 per occurrence. Pet Waste Pick-up: $50.00 per occurrence. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
