Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, & breeds. An un-Leashed pet fee is $50.00 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. If trash is not bagged properly and disposed of in containers provided, fines up to $200 can result. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
