There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card prior to arrival. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to a late check-out fee of $350. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation; parking is available in spaces labeled "Visitor." Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure; failure to bag trash properly and dispose in containers provided can result in fines up to $200.
