Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-hybrids. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, and breeds. An un-leashed pet fee is $50.00 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence.
Located in Lutz, the apartment is conveniently located five minutes from the University of South Florida, eight minutes from MOSI, and eleven minutes from Busch Gardens Tampa. Nature lovers will appreciate the ten-minute drive to Takomah Trail Park and the thirteen-minute drive to Lettuce Lake Park, both offering scenic walking and biking paths.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 8. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. A late check-out may incur a fee of up to $300. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200.
