Late check-outs are not permitted and may incur a fee of up to $300. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed at any given time. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed 3 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence. Fireworks and firearms are not permitted on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure; failure to do so can result in fines up to $200.
