Fantastic apartment complex with great amenities. Apartments have up to date appliances, and spectacular noise cancelation; I chose the Parker at Maitland Station because of its close proximity to the train station, but you'd never know we were a couple feet from a train with how quiet it is!

I been at the Parker just for 2 days everything is clean and organized but too soon for me to say something else. But the apartment was clean and no damage was noticed once I came in . They give you 48 hours to give a report

I have really enjoyed living at The Parker! It is a clean and quiet community. The maintenance team is also wonderful - very quick and kind whenever I have a need.

Eva was incredibly helpful during our move in process. Answered every question we had quickly and kindly. Day of the move we were greeted with smiles and straightforward helpful instructions. Very happy here, our apartment is gorgeous!
