Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM with self check-in available via keypad. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM for patio and outdoor areas. No parties or events are allowed, and commercial photography is permitted. Smoking is not allowed indoors; guests should smoke only outdoors using the provided ashtray and not discard cigarette butts on the ground. Security cameras are in place at the doorbell and pool area. Charges apply for missing items, damaged linens, clogged toilets, excessive dirt, or evidence of smoking. Violations may result in cancellation, eviction, and forfeiture of deposit. Pool use is at your own risk, and children must be supervised. No glass is allowed near the pool area, and guests should not touch pool equipment. Parking is strictly in provided spaces, and no parking is allowed in front of neighboring homes.
