I have lived at the Fairways for some years now and I must say that the maintenance crew we have now is the best. To top it off ,both their names are Steve and the only way to tell them apart is that ,one is short and one is tall (Lol). They are both very nice and respectful all the time and there work is Top Notch I have No Complaints at all, I couldn’t ask for more and to top it off the office crew is Awesome as well.
I will always recommend living at the Fairways of Carolina ??

Save your time and headspace
Everything in the apartments are outdated and falling apart, its loud to all hours of the night and the parking lot constantly has broken glass that never gets cleaned up

A Place To Call Home
I have lived here with my family for about 5 years. We moved to a larger apartment in our time here since our family grew. It was a smooth transition. The office staff especially Danielle is awesome. They are still working on getting a better and efficient maintenance staff. Danielle has created great events and fun geared towards the families and the community in here. We have had chik fil a, Cherry Smash, Kona Ice, and pizza kit zoom. MY family and I have rented for about 8 years and this is... the first home where the property has great events that are fun for me and my family. The create a safe environment with everything going on with Covid. They work on address concerns that you bring up. The pool is always clean and the gym is as well. Overall the property is a great place to live.

TERRIBLE COMMUNITY! Too expensive for what it provides livingwise
Living here is total hell. Everyone gets booted. Parking lot is so full of cars of guests and booted cars that residents have to park near the front when they live in the back. Walls are so thin neighbors come out and yell at you when you are literally having a conversation in your own apartment at 11:30 at night and the sliding door to the patio is so heavy and loud they yell at you for that too... Cops are in and out all the time. People dont clean up after their dogs. The apartment itsself is... cheap. Floors are so hard to clean kitchen shelves arent even installed correct. Moving ASAP!!!

Disappointed Tenants
This property is a business not a home they change owners very frequently and your concerns are not a priority...Maintenance and security is not a priority...You will be promised the world but then when it's time to collect you get excuse after another property is never cleaned after valet trash service messes up doing trash removal..Upper management is never available to address property concerns...IF YOU HAVE LITTLE TO NONE EXPECTATIONS THIS IS THE HOME FOR YOU...IF LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO CALL... HOME STAY AWAY FROM FAIRWAYS OF CAROLINA APARTMENTS
