Always Friendly & Pleasant. Always Responsive Quickly

From the front office to maintenance you get a Smile, a Handshake, a listening ear and always a wave from maintenance as they go by in their cart. That’s a value culture built that lets me enjoy my home. The grounds are regularly groomed and improved. Maintenance is “Johnny-on-the spot” when you need them. They have a great attitude to meet your need. I like the Peace and Quiet. That’s my kind of living. Thank you, “Lakes at Suntree”

Speedy Service!

Yesterday we had an urgent problem that had to be solved immediately. I called the office and Eric said, "Ok." Within five minutes Brian showed up and saved the day! We are very grateful to both of these young men. This is why we call Plantation Club Apartments our home.

Maintenance is excellent!

I recently came home to a leak after visiting my mother in the hospital. I contacted maintenance and John responded right away! He apologized and was sensitive to my situation making sure the contractor and rug company wasted no time in fixing the leak and drying the carpets. John took the time to keep me updated on when the workers were coming. He even followed up with me on his day off to make sure everything was being taken care of! John is such a caring soul who takes his job seriously,… making sure the residents get what they need. John went above and beyond for my situation, which I truly appreciated!
Thanks John, you made a difficult situation better! Plantation Club is fortunate to have you on their team!

Dont move here!

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! DON'T EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR!! We have been here since last spring and now because of financial situations, we can't afford to move out of this dump! If we file a maintenance report, they claim they never receive it, even after calling several times. Took 2 weeks to get a microwave replaced. That is just a small example. Since we had to sign a new lease to keep the cost down (what a joke that is) we are here for another 10 months for a… ridiculous amount of money. Can't afford to move so stuck in this dump. The office staff is unreliable. They tell you to come in at a certain time for something and they are not there! Had to take time off of work for the appointment we had with them and they couldn't be bothered to be there! THEY LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH! DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! WE WON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE AGAIN!!

Ms

Apartment buildings and units themselves are older and in need of paint and updating. The atmosphere of nice people, quiet and open surroundings, pretty views and friendly dogs everywhere make it a nice home. Location can't be beat, close to shopping, transportation and beautiful beaches.
