Great Living and fantastic staff.

The staff has been fantastic. I definitely recommend the living here. The grounds are kept clean and they amenities are top notch. The customer service and issue resolution is second to none. The entire staff treats you like family. Thank you to the entire staff from Adrian, Natasha, Sarah, Tito, Melissa, etc.

Fantastic place to live

If your looking for a upscale private and great place to live, look no further than the Linz of Viera. Great staff. Natasha,Adrian,Sarah, and Melissa are all wonderful and wonderful to work with. Always willing to go the extra mile. The maintenance staff are always helpful. Hats off this complex and staff.

Poor communication & poor management

I moved into Linz of Viera with reasonable expectations, but my experience has been consistently frustrating due to poor management and communication. The leasing agents seem uninformed about their own policies, often providing conflicting information. Important details about additional fees were never explained upfront and were not included in the lease, leading to unwelcome surprises.

Communication is a major issue. Getting clear, consistent answers from the management team is like pulling… teeth. When I raised a neighbor complaint, the issue was poorly handled, and there was no follow-through.

Most concerning was the inadequate handling of a racial issue I reported. The response was dismissive, and I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. This lack of sensitivity and action is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a professionally managed and respectful living environment.
