Poor communication & poor management
I moved into Linz of Viera with reasonable expectations, but my experience has been consistently frustrating due to poor management and communication. The leasing agents seem uninformed about their own policies, often providing conflicting information. Important details about additional fees were never explained upfront and were not included in the lease, leading to unwelcome surprises.
Communication is a major issue. Getting clear, consistent answers from the management team is like pulling... teeth. When I raised a neighbor complaint, the issue was poorly handled, and there was no follow-through.
Most concerning was the inadequate handling of a racial issue I reported. The response was dismissive, and I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. This lack of sensitivity and action is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a professionally managed and respectful living environment.
