Nice Place to Live

I have been here coming up on 6 years and I want others to know Savannah St James Landing is a Safe and Friendly place to live. The current Stsff is focused on you.having a Clean and safe Neberorirhood I find if I have an Issue with my Apartment the Staff responds Quickly to see if they can Fix it Quickly. The pool area is Great I take my 3 Grand Kids there they Love it. I suggest you come on in as see the Beautiful Tree Lined Quite place to Live

Criminal management

Black mold in the apartment they refuse to take care of. Maintenance man believes spraying bleach in vents will fix issue. Property management hangs up on tenants. DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS

Bad management

Just moved in May 2023, been one problem after the other, and the new management has been terrible about taking care of it. They are avoident and the amenities are inoperable. And they are very slow to fix anything do to running a skeletal maintenance crew that are expected to be everywhere at once.

Moved in May 2023, been very bad. The property is falling apart and management has been unresponsive, and uncaring.

Entire property in disrepair

Every single amenity is broken or in disrepair (gym, laundry room, dog run, pool, volleyball net). Several street lights are out (at least two of them are literally broken in half). Most of the accessible parking spaces flood every time it rains. The dumpsters are treated as a local landfill, furniture rots in the parking lot. The grass is rarely mowed--except for the patch in front of the model apartment used for tours. Management does not seem to take work orders seriously. The deferred… maintenance on the property has taken a toll on many of the apartments.
