DO NOT MOVE HERE!
If you’re thinking about moving here, I want to share my honest experience because the photos online don’t reflect what the community actually looks like.
The pond that’s advertised is rarely what you see in the pictures. There’s no working fountain, and when we go a while without rain, it dries up and turns into a muddy pit. The pool is another ongoing issue. It’s often closed, and when it is open, it’s not uncommon to see it looking green. More often than not, there’s a sign saying it’s... closed until further notice.
The overall condition of the property is disappointing. Despite the community advertising itself as clean and well maintained, there’s trash throughout the property from both residents and poor maintenance. The tennis courts have been unusable for a long time, with the nets removed and no signs they’ll be replaced. The gym is also left unlocked at night, and I’ve even walked in to find what appeared to be a homeless person staying inside.
There are several other issues that make everyday living frustrating. Many areas don’t have working sprinklers, so only a handful of townhomes actually have grass. Parking is a constant problem because management doesn’t enforce the parking rules, so it’s common to come home and have nowhere to park near your own unit. The lighting around the property is poor, and combined with the uneven sidewalks, it can be unsafe to walk around after dark. Many tenants have pets and don't pick up after them and nothing is done about it.
The most frustrating part is that these concerns have been brought to the leasing office over and over again. The response is always that they’ll “look into it,” but nothing ever changes. I’ve even tried contacting corporate directly, but it’s nearly impossible to speak with anyone, and I never received a call back. While the office staff is extremely rude, very unprofessional, and never has an explanation for anything going on around the property, that's if there even in the office. Most times they are out playing around or at their house because most of the staff lives on property. Kyra the main office manager looks like she's on drugs most of the time.
If you’re considering renting here, I would strongly encourage you to do your research and tour the property carefully before signing a lease. I give this place zero stars. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
