Descent apartment with beautiful view.
Hey every body,
Couple words about my apartment. It is located in nice area and has beautiful view. Actually it is on of the best view I've ever seen in Miami, and I've seen a lot of them. It is facing west, and located right on the intracostal. You can see whole beauty of downtown from the balcony. I highly recommend you to visit on of the apartments in the building and enjoy the view.

Beautiful but broken
The facade is attractive as are the apartments but there has been very loud construction all day for 2 years, not really sure on what. The water (either only the hot or both) is turned of perhaps once a month, all day. The elevators are broken and slow moving and the building's fire alarm frequently goes off. Oh and some idiot keeps throwing their cigarettes off the balcony and into the palms so sometimes there may actually be a fire. Last night was not one of those nights yet at 4 am it went... off for an hour. The valet has lost my electronic key twice. This place blows.
