No parties or loud gatherings are allowed, and fines from building management will be passed on to the responsible guest. Washcloths are not provided, and any soiled or damaged towels or linens will incur a replacement fee. All items provided in the home must remain inside the unit, and missing items may result in additional charges. Lost apartment keys or fobs will require a replacement fee.
