This apartment features a spacious open-plan layout with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and open directly onto a large private bayview balcony. The living and dining area is airy and modern, with glossy marble floors, a comfortable seating area, a dining table for shared meals, and a large streaming TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with sleek cabinetry and full-size stainless steel appliances. The bedroom is calm and inviting, featuring a plush king bed and direct access to the balcony. The spa-style bathroom includes a walk-in glass shower and a deep soaking tub. High-speed Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer are included.
Enjoy access to elevated amenities, including a hot tub, pool, gym, sauna, on-site dining, luggage storage, and parking for a daily valet fee of $48, paid directly to the building. For stays of 10 or more nights, please inquire. Valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. An Enterprise rental car company is located in the retail lobby.

Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 2 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 2 children. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. The building is undergoing renovations that include the main lobby, pool, and pool deck. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. Guests are required to provide copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item. The Trash Room is located in the hallway near the elevator. Please place all recycling on the floor in front of the chute, and put bags with landfill waste down the trash chute. Trash must not be left in the hallway or outside the chute. Failure to comply may result in a $300 fine. [SI]
