Parking requests must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $250 per month. Daily valet parking is also available for a $48 daily valet fee paid directly to the building. Within the retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company.

The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center are located just blocks from The Grand, and Downtown Miami nightlife is within walking distance.
Occupancy is limited to 6 adults (15 years of age and older) plus 3 children. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Standard check-out time is 11 AM. The building is currently undergoing renovations. Construction may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. The jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. A limited number of daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be returned after each use.
