Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay. An Enterprise rental car company is located in the retail lobby for added convenience.

The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool, pool deck, and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 4pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby level, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. A limited number of daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be returned after each use. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. If there are any missing remotes, streaming devices, or similar items after your departure, you will be charged $100 per item. The building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning.
