The building is currently undergoing renovations that include the main lobby, pool, and pool deck. Construction may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. A limited number of daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be returned after each use. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed; if there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. Luggage can be stored with the bellman before or after your stay for $3 per suitcase. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer; for shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Absolutely no loud music, parties, or any type of altercation with building security or staff is permitted, or this will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a $150 fine.
