The building is undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool, and pool deck, which may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday through Friday from 9am-4pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are closed, but temporary pathways provide access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby level, and the residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 4 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
