The primary guest on the reservation must be 21 or older and must be the first person to check in at the front desk. Loud music, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in significant fines from building management, which will be charged to the guest. There is ongoing construction next to the building, which may result in occasional daytime noise. Always display your parking permit, as we are not responsible for towed vehicles, theft, or damage in the garage. We provide a starter kit of supplies for your first day, but washcloths are not provided. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Register all members staying with us by providing a photo ID on the same day as check-in. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice, as this will generate an additional cost.
