The person making the reservation must be at least 23 years old. Parking is available for guests in the building’s garage, subject to rules regarding designated areas and vehicle limits. Guests must park only in the designated areas for short-term rentals. Studios and one-bedroom units are allowed one (1) vehicle. Two-bedroom units or combined units may have up to two (2) vehicles. Oversized vehicles must not exceed a height of 7 feet. The building has two garage entrances. Upon arrival, you may pull into the valet/loading area temporarily while checking in. The front desk will provide a garage access keycard that also works for the elevators. Keep this card with you to enter and exit the garage and building.
