If any evidence of smoking is found in the unit (smoke odor, ashes, burns, etc.), or if tampering with detectors is detected, the Guest will incur the $500 penalty as noted and additional fees for smoke remediation if necessary. Parties, events, or large gatherings are NOT allowed. The reservation is for quiet enjoyment by the confirmed guests only. Any loud or disruptive gathering, or any event where the number of people exceeds the authorized occupancy, is considered an unauthorized party. If such an event is discovered, it will result in immediate eviction of all guests and visitors. The Guest will forfeit all payments and deposits, and will be charged the $500 penalty (at minimum) for violation of this rule. We also reserve the right to charge for any extra cleaning or damages caused by a party.
