Miami Circle National Historic Landmark sits right next to the building, which is a unique waterfront archeological site. The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year, balconies are closed and cannot be used, and views from the unit will be blocked. Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
