Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests must sign the building rules and take a picture of themselves at check-in. There is a $100 fee for each lost guest or parking magnetic card, and a $250 fee for coded keys plus FOB. Guests are responsible for any fines from the Grievance Committee, which would be deducted from any deposits. Trash rooms are located next to units ending in 01; boxes must be taken to the ground level. No noise should be heard between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
