The building is undergoing façade repairs, which may result in blocked views, balcony closures, and limited pool access. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no access Monday–Friday, including holidays. Balconies are closed and cannot be used, and cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Smoking in the unit is prohibited. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests must complete a brief pre check-in verification via the Guest App. The original credit card used to make the reservation should be shown upon arrival. If it is not possible, the full amount will be charged to a new card under the name of the main guest who made the reservation. Guests must select either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $60 non-refundable damage waiver. A $100 fee applies for each lost guest or parking magnetic card, and a $250 fee for coded keys plus FOB. Pets are not permitted at ICON for vacation rentals, unless written approval is provided by the host and the building/association permits it for short-term stays. Service animals will be handled in compliance with applicable law and OTA policies. Daily maid service is not included but is available per request. If the apartment is returned extremely unclean, an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500 will be charged. If toilets clog due to misuse, damages up to $150 may be charged. Functioning of A/C, TV, Wi-Fi, and appliances is not guaranteed, and no refund shall be given for malfunctioning, lack of signal/content, internet disruption, lack of A/C, or appliance issues. The tenant understands the pool/hot tub is strictly an amenity and not guaranteed. Any interruption, non-availability, or special regulations enacted by the Master Association will not violate any terms of the agreement.

Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool.
Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
Parking: Not included. On-site valet is available for $50/day, or you can reserve nearby parking with us for $35/day. [SI]
