Please note that the pool is available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025. Late check-in fees apply for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM, with a $40 fee payable in cash upon arrival. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet for the duration of your stay, with specific rules and requirements for pet behavior and supervision.
Located in one of the best areas of Miami, this condo is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, terraces, pharmacies, parks, shops, supermarkets, and the recently inaugurated Brickell City Center Mall. The Metromover and Miami Trolley are just a short walk away, providing free and easy access to explore the city. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations.
