Hourly/Regular Valet is $50 (+$3 gratuity) at a standard hourly rate with no in-and-out privileges. Nearby parking can be reserved for $35/day. A pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged for the duration of your stay.

Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only (Friday - Sunday). Weekday (Monday to Thursday) access is not available. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, and some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances, and smoking in the unit is prohibited, with a penalty of $500 applied for violations.
