Parking is not included, but on-site valet is available for $50 per day, or you can reserve nearby parking for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of one pet per unit. Additional linen and towel sets are available for $25 each.
Located in the heart of Brickell, you’re just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, and South Pointe Park Pier. Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, and Miami Circle Park are also nearby, making it easy to explore the best of Miami.
Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Studios receive two adult amenity passes, and minors must be accompanied at all times. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $250 will be applied if smoke or remains of smoking are found.
