It features a modern and concise design, with a queen bed in the first bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Each room is equipped with a TV, and the apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with a spectacular view.
As our guest, you will get access to the gym, pool available from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and SPA. If you would like to use SPA services, please make a reservation. Paid valet parking is provided by the building with rates starting from $13.00 for 0-1 hour to $44.00 for 10-24 hours, plus a $2 gratuity fee. The valet parking will only fit regular-size vehicles. Oversized vehicles won’t have space to be parked. The property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items or any damage that may occur in the parking lot.

It is perfect for both leisure and business purposes. You can conveniently move around by public transportation or taxi.
The apartment is not equipped with a heating system. Towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap are provided upon arrival, but replenishing these items is not included. Washcloths are not provided. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment, and violation of this rule will lead to a $300 fine. Parties are not allowed, and excessive noise should be avoided as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving. Trash rooms are located next to units ending in 01, and garbage bags should be tossed into the trash chute. Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in all common areas, and no bare feet are allowed.
