The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year, which may result in blocked views, balcony closures, and limited pool access. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no access Monday–Friday, including holidays. Cellophane or protective covering may be placed on windows, limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period, and fines of up to $3,000 may be issued for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and violations of the no-smoking or no-parties policy will result in a $500 penalty, plus additional costs if remediation is required. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. All guests must complete a brief pre check-in verification via the Guest App.
Guests must choose either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $60 non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damages up to $500). Exclusions apply. The original credit card used to make the reservation should be shown upon arrival; if not possible, the full amount will be charged to a new card under the name of the main guest. Reservations may be cancelled up to 30 days before arrival, subject to a 3.5% administrative fee. At check-in, guests will be required to sign the building rules and take a picture. Fines of $100 or higher may be levied by the Grievance Committee, for which guests would be responsible. A $100 fee applies for each lost guest or parking magnetic card, and a $250 fee for coded keys plus FOB. Valet parking is available at the building with hourly rates and no in/out privileges. Private nearby parking is available for $35/day with limited availability. Parking costs $250 per month for stays over a month. Toiletries and other amenities are provided as an initial supply for the first 24–48 hours and are not guaranteed. Daily maid service is not included but is available per request. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, and an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500 will be charged if returned extremely unclean. Damages caused by misuse of toilets may incur charges up to $150. Functioning of A/C, TV, Wi-Fi, and appliances is not guaranteed, and no refund shall be given for malfunctioning or disruptions. The building association will only give access to registered guests with an amenities card, which is required for elevators and access to the pool and other areas. Tenants agree not to take towels or linens from the unit. The pool/hot tub is strictly an amenity and not guaranteed; any interruption or non-availability will not violate any terms of the agreement. Guests can receive parcels or envelopes during their stay, but the landlord is not responsible for loss or damage. By booking, making payment, completing check-in, or occupying the unit, the Guest agrees to all terms and conditions in the Agreement.

Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool.
Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
