Located in the heart of Brickell, this apartment is surrounded by waterfront paths, cafés, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre is a short walk away, and Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby. Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are all a quick ride away. The Metromover is steps away, connecting you to Downtown and the Arts District.
Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed. Guests must refrain from dyeing their hair in the condo. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available Friday–Sunday only. Starting July 1, 2025, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked due to building repairs, and some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Do not place furniture on balconies, as the building may impose fines of up to $3,000. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged for the duration of your stay.

Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay.

Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool.

Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
