Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only (Friday to Sunday), and weekday (Monday to Thursday) access is not available. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, and some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM, payable in cash upon arrival. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances, and a pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged for the duration of your stay.
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of one pet per unit allowed. Dogs must weigh no more than 75 pounds, and cats must be domesticated. Pets must be well-trained, quiet, and non-disruptive and should not exhibit aggressive behavior towards other guests or animals. Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment unless they are crated, and owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Owners are expected to clean up after their pets both inside the apartment and in common areas of the property and must be leashed when in outdoor areas of the property. Guests should refrain from dyeing their hair while in the condo to avoid accidents and are expected to take out the trash before they leave.
