Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Check-ins before 11:00 AM or after 9:00 PM incur a $90 penalty due to limited on-site staff availability during those hours. Balconies will be closed and views will be blocked starting July 1st, with some noise expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM due to façade repairs.
