Amazing
I absolutely love this building. Great amenities, great views and is located in the heart of downtown.

3 going on a fourth
So I went from living in a 2/2 (which are AMAZING UNITS because they have water front views. The corner units have city and ocean view. We downsized to a 1/1 which are nicely sized (if you get the unit with a den) but all face the city and have very limited closet space.
Great things:
1. currently they are repainting halls, changing carpets and upgrading flooring at the gym. It looked great before but it's nice to know we're about to get a better looking condominium.
2. The staff are great.... So friendly and on top of their job. Greatly staffed. And the move in process is pretty standard.
3. Amenities are amazing as well. Fully-stocked gym, sauna and steam room, massages available on-site, Olympic sized pool, and the walking proximity to Bayfeont park, Bayside and metro ride away to Brickell. Now you have a Whole Foods nearby too.
Not so great things.
1. Rent has skyrocketed in just 2 years. A 2/2, which was $2,300 ended at $2,700 when we moved and currently are above $3,000. The1/1 used to be $1,200-$1,300 range and now tower over the $2,000
2. The neighborhood isn't the greatest. still a lot of homeless activity, parking shortage and just a bit of not so great aspects of Downtown.
3. Not a family building. Prepare for smell of weed, crazy driving in the parking lot and a lot of college-Esque crowd. It's been part of the catalyst In us not choosing to renew our lease.
Overall, if you're looking to live in Downtown it's probably number 1 over Vizcayne or Loft 2.
I would definitely recommend this place to a single young person or couple. You'll love living here.
