the property is very dirty, noisy and once you leave they do not refund your deposit.

Deplorable place to live and the owners do not return the deposit when you leave
Dirty place, filthy and broken washing machines most of the time. It lacks security, there are not enough parking spaces and the owners are always looking for excuses not to return your deposit. THE ASSOCIATION AND THE OWNERS most disrespectful and rude that you can see in your life. Not recommended at all. The rents are at low prices since many know about these inefficiencies and nobody wants to go live there. Neighbors will not let you live with their noise and noise. NOT worth it
