First time getting service done and A++!!
Very pleasant experience. I was stressed at the prospect of being without a washer thinking it would take days if not weeks to fix.
To my surprise the experience was painless and I was extremely impressed that one of your own service personnel was able to fix the machine himself.
David was nothing short of fantastic. He communicated well when he would be by and did a good job of calming me down and assuring me everything would be resolved. He did not disappoint.
You hear nightmare stories of... trying to get service down at apartment buildings and this was definitely farrrrr from that. Thank you and special thanks to David!
