I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The costumer service was extremely poor from the moment I arrived. The staff were unhelpful, unfriendly and made no effort to assist or provide clear information. It felt as if they didn’t care at all about their costumers. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are many other options with much better service and a more professional attitude.

The best thing this community has is the staff. They are friendly, professional, and polite. Hicela, Jeanette, Jessica, Dayro, Manuel, and including the cleaning staff. They all go out of their way to try their very best in keeping this community clean. Although unfortunately some residence do not help with that. Which is sad. I kindly thank you for all you do for all od us at this community. Please keep up the good work. God bless you all. Many blessings.

The staff, they are all awesome. They are always doing their best to keep this place clean. It is just that some residents do not help. But the staff, they go out of their way to do so. To keep it as clean as possible and everything running well. They are fast processing and responding to maintenance request also. Not unless there is something beyond their control. Bridges at Kendall Place staff are always amazing. If only some residents will be considerate by been cleaner and less noisy it will... be even better. Read More
