Love it
Lived here for nearly 2 years and the location is amazing. Supermarket and restaurants very close by. Very good for dogs and you dont need a car. Staff are great and very helpful.

Love my new home
I was so nervous about moving to Miami as I’ve never even visited before I moved but the staff Made it so easy and really helped me. Eve and Wasa Are amazing! Thank you for your help! The apartment is beautiful and so close to everything. You can walk practically everywhere which is nice as I don’t have a car.

Camden is great!
The staff are all really friendly and so helpful and I definitely feel they go above and beyond to help. Madel, Stephanie and Eve in the office are so nice and I’m thankful I found my home here. Great location and very walkable for me and my dog.

Love it here!
The neighborhood is the best so many shops and restaurants and great nightlife. I love my apartment, lots of space and was recently renovated. The kitchen has lots of storage and walk in closets are big. I love that there is no carpet Anywhere too.

By all means - DO NOT live here
This apartment complex is a nightmare for residents. Take one look at the community page for the building and you will see how angry and unhappy the residents are. With continuous construction starting at as early as 8am on weekends, no pool, a makeshift gym and constant maintenance issues, I could not have had a worse experience at Camden. Although they have a construction addendum to our contract, the deadline has been consistently postponed for many months now due to their incompetency, yet... they still had the audacity to INCREASE our rent price. If they try to tell you that construction is almost complete, that is a blatant lie. It will not be complete for several months at the very least. To add to the experience, the leasing office employees (especially Lucy and Eve) have been hostile and rude to me before, and I received no apology for their behavior.
I repeat, by all means - DO NOT LIVE HERE.
