Best apartment complex in Kendall
I'm so glad I found Cortland in South Kendall. Out of all the communities I have lived in South Florida, Cortland South Kendall is by far my favorite. Until we buy our own property, I don't see our family leaving this community. They are like family here.

Nice Community
Cortland South Kendall is a well-kept and welcoming community that offers a comfortable place to live. The apartments are modern, clean, and spacious, with updated appliances and nice layouts. The community amenities, like the pool, gym, and common areas, are always clean and easy to enjoy.
The staff is friendly, professional, and quick to respond to maintenance requests, which makes living here stress-free. The location is also a big plus since it’s close to shops, restaurants, and major roads... , making daily errands and commuting convenient. Overall, Cortland South Kendall is a great choice for anyone looking for a safe, quiet, and well-managed apartment community.
