Cortland South Kendall Apartments is an apartment community
Dani from leasing office is amazing and the maintenance guys as well!! They are the reason I give this community 2 stars. On the other hand the need to fix: Parking situation, flooding trash situation mostly on weekends, towing your own residents cars at least put a warning before towing and if you tow at least let them know otherwise they will pay $450 which Im sure everyone gets its cut from and are making a side business out of this. Walmart carts situation, Dog poops everywhere situation,

Thank you for recognizing Dani and our service team; we agree they’re fantastic and we’ll be sure to share your kind words with them. We’re truly sorry, however, for the frustrations you’ve described with parking, trash overflow on... weekends, towing practices, shopping carts, and pet waste.
Please know that we do not receive any financial benefit from towing. Our towing partner follows community rules to keep fire lanes and drive aisles clear for everyone’s safety, but we understand how upsetting it can be if a car is towed unexpectedly. We’ll revisit our communication process to ensure residents receive clearer warnings whenever possible.
We’re also working on solutions for the weekend trash and pet-waste issues, as well as better management of shopping carts. Your feedback is extremely valuable and helps guide these improvements. We’d love the chance to speak with you directly to review each concern and find solutions. Please contact the leasing office at your convenience.

My time living at Cortland South Kendall has been great so far. The apartment itself is great and we were quickly able to call it home. The community has a nice feeling to it with it blending well into the natural environment around it. My partner and our dog have also loved the place.

6 meses viviendo aquí... y contando felices
Llevo 6 meses viviendo en Cortland South Kendall con mi familia, y no podríamos estar más contentos. Desde el primer día nos sentimos realmente bienvenidos. El equipo es increíble: siempre atentos, amables y con una disposición que hace la diferencia. Cada vez que hemos necesitado algo, la respuesta ha sido rápida y efectiva.
Las instalaciones están siempre en excelente estado, los espacios comunes son modernos, limpios y muy seguros. Para nosotros, que tenemos un bebé de casi dos años, ha sido... el lugar ideal: tranquilo, cómodo y con un ambiente muy familiar.
Realmente se nota el cuidado y la dedicación que ponen en todo. Si estás buscando un lugar donde vivir en el área de Kendall, con excelente servicio y un entorno agradable, no puedo recomendar Cortland South Kendall lo suficiente. ¡Ha sido una decisión que volveríamos a tomar sin dudar!
