Love it here!
I’ve been living here over a year and I love it! Great staff & positive vibes! Paul and the leasing office are awesome & Alexis and the maintenance team are the best! Efficient, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable.
Property and units are beautiful & clean. Safe area. Definitely my favorite complex I’ve ever lived in South Florida. Plus the sunsets from my balcony can’t be beat.

We’ve had the pleasure of living at Cortland at the Hammocks for the past five years, and it’s truly been a wonderful experience. The community is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and surrounded by nature — it really feels like a hidden gem in Miami.
