Cortland Hollywood provides a comfortable and well-maintained living environment. The property is consistently clean, and the staff are polite, professional, and responsive to service requests. The community’s effort to organize special events on holidays such as Halloween and Christmas adds a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for residents. Additionally, the café located in the Business Center is a thoughtful amenity that enhances the overall resident experience.
That said, there are a few... areas that could benefit from improvement. The parking garage doors are frequently left open, which raises security concerns since it allows unrestricted access to the property. It would be reassuring to see this issue resolved promptly. In the fitness center, the spinning machines are out of order and should be replaced to ensure residents can fully enjoy this amenity. The Business Center is currently closed three days a week, limiting access to what should be a key shared resource. Finally, adding a printer for residents would be a valuable addition, aligning the building’s amenities with those offered by similar communities.
Overall, Cortland Hollywood offers a pleasant and high-quality living experience, and with a few adjustments, it could further elevate its appeal and resident satisfaction.

Regarding the gates, our gate vendors are actively working to get the new call box operable, and we’re hopeful the gates will be fully functional and closed soon. For the fitness center, we’re currently coordinating with the equipment vendor to replace the power cords on the spinning machines so residents can enjoy the full range of amenities.
As for the resident lounge, it is open Monday through Saturday. If you need anything printed, feel free to email the documents to our office team—we’re happy to assist with printing on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays. Your input helps us continue to improve, and we’re grateful for your support in making Cortland Hollywood a great place to live!

The pool furniture has been removed and never replaced, reducing comfort and enjoyment for residents. Pool maintenance is poor, and the maintenance personnel do not clean the sidewalks, leaving the area untidy. The music service has been suspended without notice, diminishing the atmosphere. In the clubhouse, coffee is served in thin plastic cups, which pose a burn risk and are not suitable for hot beverages. The management team is neither proactive nor welcoming, and overall staff courtesy is... lacking.

Some of the pool furniture, such as umbrellas and chairs, was removed due to damage, and we have submitted a request for replacements for the pool lounge area. Please note that the pool music may be turned... off on certain days when the leasing office is closed.
Additionally, the service team has been informed to clean the pool area sidewalks. We sincerely apologize that your experience with our team was not proactive and welcoming. Management will address this issue with the office team to improve overall courtesy, including ensuring the correct cups are used for coffee.
