Douglas Enclave

I’ve lived here for a year, and when I first moved in, it felt like a luxury building. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, and they even offered coffee in the mornings. That experience is completely gone.

Since the new management took over about three months ago, this building has become a mess. There is no front desk staff, no visible security, and no one available to help residents. It feels like the building is being run with zero accountability.

Safety is now a serious concern. The... parking garage gate is constantly left open, allowing anyone to walk in. For a building that markets itself as “luxury,” this is unacceptable.

To make things worse, I’ve been charged additional fees within my own contract without any notice or explanation. Trying to get answers is a waste of time because there’s literally no one available to address concerns.

I recently moved in Douglas Enclave. I must say this place has been great. The amenities, location, and staff has been amazing. I working with Stephanie as a walk-in she gave me a tour of the build along with the available units. Once I move in Enrique welcomed me to the community. He was extremely helpful they both went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home and provided me with everything I needed. In a time.crunch, I worked with Stephanie H. To get approved for an apartment on behalf of my sister. The communication was truly amazing. It all worked out and I couldn't be happier.

I went to Douglas Enclave as a walk-in tour and I must say that Enrique's customer service was a 10/10! He showed me around the building and he didn't hesitate to take care of all my questions along the way. The community is beautiful and the units have a washer and dryer in them, which personally is a dealbreaker for me. I'm so grateful for my experience at Douglas Enclave. Thank you Enrique!!!
