Fifteen Apartments

First Time visiting Fifteen it was a great experience! Gustavo is Amazing!! he Took his time and showed me the amenities and every apartment that was available he was very helpful and patient with me. management took the time to answer any questions I had, I recommend fifteen to anyone that's looking for an apartment the area and location is great, the apartment manager Lidia is Awesome she is reliable, honest and operate with integrity.

I'm moving to Miami from Atlanta and needed an apartment that was close enough to downtown but wasn't going to kill me on the rent. I found Fifteen and fell in love with it. The location, the amenities: That pool view is awesome. I can't wait to live there!

Such a nice new building! Has top-of-the-line finishes in the apartments, a garage for resident parking (which is hard in Miami area) and beautiful amenities! It's also a 5 minute walk to River Landing, which has lots of stores and restaurants to choose from! The staff is welcoming and thorough, too!

Can't say enough good things about Fifteen Miami Apts! The leasing team has been fantastic - super helpful and welcoming. And let's talk about the maintenance team, especially Tony - he is amazing! Any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Plus, the breakfast event was a delightful bonus. Loving my new home here!

Touring Fifteen, I am just amazing at the incredible finishes the units had. Who provides drop in stove tops??? This place does! The flooring looked gorgeous and the gym was massive! This is the biggest gym I've ever seen at any place I've lived at. The management team is top notch. I honestly feel like I'm at a hotel with the way they take care of me.
