Poor,Poor Management! Nicole is very rude and unprofessional, No Interpersonal skills. Someone should have made sure she , could communicate/understand (english, spanish &creole) ,before giving her that position. There are 4 types pf communication skills that a manager should have, interpersonal, nonverbal, written and oral she has NONE!!!!! She likes to write threatening letters, and tell a lot of lies. Be very careful when you put in for a maintenance request, she will cancel your request... without the work being done,

Lakeshore Presidential Apartment does not deserve a star. The apartment is poorly managed. Let's start with the residents being notified this year 2018 the rent will go up an extra $200.00. I guess we will need to pay for the extra unwanted guess in the apartment such as New York rats, roach, and sways of nightly termites. Outside more rats, stray cats,dog and ducks crapping all on the place. Smoke free is laughable the building reek with the smell of marijuana. In the laundry room you... notice the drug transaction between the young adult men. Let's not forget the 1250 side is a psych ward on the third floor we have a young man that want to fight everyone if he does not get money from his mother for his drugs habit. On the second floor there's another young man the walk around like zombie apparently from a bad drug trip. Last the young man with tattoo in his face and his hair standing on his head that live on the first floor that suffer from schizophrenic constantly yelling obscenities about his mother and other females.
