I’m very happy to have found this place that I call home, not only are the staff very pleasant but they make you feel at home.

Where is my review from a few months ago? It's clearly been deleted.

I'm currently living there, And have maintenance issues all the time. My AC freezes frequently even though it's "new", one time it was the batteries, the sink is leaking and they won't fix it, probably due to not paying their maintenance employees properly, the toilet handle was "fixed" and now every time we flush it keeps on making some noise like it's not working properly.

Everutjinf is a mess on that apartment. I see many… good reviews. I am starting to think it could be my luck. I went from an amazing apartment complex to this one to save money, it said luxury in the old sign, and now being a part of "legacy", they changed the sign. No longer says luxury. Well, let me tell you, when I moved in, they told me the kitchen cabinets would be replaced because they were damaged. I saw the guy come in January when we moved in, the cabinet was the same old style, newer looking, and the cabinets doors don't even close.

The shades by the balcony looked like food was thrown on it when we moved in here. This place is disgusting.

The tub is an old run they're repainted over and over and the tub always gets backed up, I have to clean it almost everyday.

The sink is older than my grandma. It is clogged and won't drain properly. Now, all of my stuff down there gets wet and it does not work. It is leaking when used and they won't fix it so I have to brush my run in the bathtub. I mean, am I renting or owning this place?

I can't wait to leave. I'm going to screenshot everything I post on here that way I just post it again, because frankly, it's a joke that people are being deceived by just 4/5 star reviews. What a terrible business ethic.

Since I walked in to Harbour Key I had an excellent experience. Office staff were very friendly and helpful. I have to wait for 2 months to be able to move-in and it's been 6 months and I love it

The management was horribly rude when I went with a friend to ask to see a two bedroom. Very curt and unpleasant. Was more of a question and one worded answer conversation, I didn't like that. The price is also not what's stated online. When you go in person they tell you a higher price from what you found and have proof of. There's also a lot of men hanging out around the community catcalling. This is in Kendall and that should not be like that at all. Nice inside, ugly outside.
