The leasing and sales agents will misrepresent the fact that over half of the units are dedicated AirBnB apartments and the property is filled with transient guests. To obtain packages you must walk across a street and obtain a luggage cart to get packages. UPS or Fedex package pickup is not allowed nor grocery delivery to your door (crossing a street and use of a luggage cart for which you need to leave your ID, is also needed for groceries). The 'concierge' desk clerks eat food and watch TV... at the desk and assist you. The management company, Greystar, will act confrontationally if you make suggestions or submit requests and try to debate with you their validity. The neighborhood is very unsafe. Everything in the apartment is cheaply made with fixtures falling from the walls, outlets that don't work, and there is no recycling available for half of the units. The trash and package rooms are unsanitary and filled with bugs. Don't bother with this building.
