Price increase every time you renew without previos notice
The rent increase without notice every time , the apts dont have central air so you have to pay a lot for electricity , they are old , they remodeled some of them but they still have walls behind cabinets , etc with mold , cant trust nobody in there ,

Not satisfied
The new manager in the office is rude and has do customer service skills what so ever. i Understand I do not pay rent here I get help from the city but I do not need to be talk down to and feel like I am a nussice. Maintenance here are ok but at least the old manager was kind and wanted to help me.
