So first let's begin with 60% of these blank reviews are just pure lack of effort or people bossting its rating, the community is a central establishment close to mall and local restaurants and conviniently placed by turnpike those are the positives, the location lacks propper security most of the times they are either sleeping on the job or playing bubble shooter if you ever have an issue or need help well good luck they just say oh well or drive off in theyre very vip goldcart and not come... back and help you.maintanance is just 2 people and God knows they do an amazing job but rather then investing in the mustard color for buildings how about they focus on more maintenance work or pay them more if you are happy to live in a not so clean community then this is great for you they have 4 dumpsters and all overflowing making it seem like you live In a junkyard, do you like privacy?? Well say goodbye to that if you have any unit in the first ground floor or balcony second be ready to have people look in the apartment or simply stand around countless hours like creepers or the occasional dog club meet, parking is a huge issue there is barely any you are given one assigned parking but then a free for all and when people decide to have a party and take up more then 2 guests well you are stuck driving around hoping somebody leaves so you can park or if you are real creative you have poeple park in guest 1 or 2 spaces and they leave theyre assigned parking empty for theyre guest so it creates a scavenger hunt to park ,you also have people who like to assume they are the authority figure in the community I mean nothing wrong with caring about the community but clearly solei does not establish a leadership guide so be ready for some folks standing in the parkinglot countless hours stabding by the car keeping and eye out like they are the FBI, they use to have a bycicle rack and they took it off due to stealing so rather then fix the issue and put security on alert ?? they just said no more bikes so not even the kids can enjoy the community listen I lived here 2 years and aside from the location and my gracious landlord I wouldn't recommend this place unless you like dealing with all the above ps. Be ready for people cleaning they're car next to you're room outside sense the fauscets are by the windows. These are okay condos great space good investment and safe but just be ready I wish you the best of luck if you choose to come here. Read More
