Village at The Falls

I've been living here for over nine years. It's in the Falls/ Kendall area of Miami and it overlooks the falls shopping center. It's a one bedroom one bathroom apartment in a very quiet building with very friendly neighbors. All the shopping and restaurants I would need are within a one block radius of my apartment. This would include grocery shopping, clothes shopping, bars and restaurants all within a three minute walk, which I do frequently just to get out and relax. It's a nice calm... neighborhood where everybody gets to know everybody at least by face and we all smile and say good day genuinely mean it, so people are very genuine around here. I've been in Miami my entire life and this is the most friendly community I've seen since I was a kid I would be super hard pressed to have to ever move from this location.I've been going to the same Publix for over nine years which is a block away as well and I've developed a lot of friendships within that store location and everywhere in this area. All I can say is it's a very friendly area with everything one may need literally within walking distance. We have a swimming pool of course but the really neat thing downstairs is we also have a very nice gym and again with super friendly people that are willing to help you work out or work out alongside of you. I know I didn't say a lot about the apartment but to me it's not just about the apartment it's about the community that the apartment is in, and I will continue to live here as long as I possibly can.
