Horrible

Management team does not respond to calls to fix things in the units. You have to call twice in the same day before 5 o’clock if you actually want something fixed. The office staff acts like it’s not their fault and they are just secretaries to pass the information along. If they do come to fix something, they ghetto rig it to fix it and it breaks again after a week. I have had to fix four things in my unit by myself. Office manager is never there to speak to, and acts like he is not responsible... for anything because they just fired their last one and he’s new. Still does not take care of the problems

bad attention

We just went yesterday and the attention was awful no profesional. The girl that attended us doesn't have education at all.
