Shared community amenities include a heated south-facing pool with chaise lounges, tables, umbrellas, and a gas grill, as well as a Gulf-access dock on a canal on a first-come, first-served basis. This condo also comes with 2 beach chairs.
One assigned parking space is available per unit, plus two shared guest spaces on a first-come basis.
This condo is across Naples Bay from the City Dock and Crayton Cove, and it's minutes from shopping, dining, galleries, and public beach access. It is best to have a vehicle, as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 45-minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that we can repair or replace the damaged item. Only 1 or 2 non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets. This condo is located in the city of Naples and has a 30-day minimum number of nights required and it is strictly enforced. This is a self check-in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received full payment and it is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation.
