Situated amid serene waterways and lush greenery, this resort offers a tranquil escape that feels miles away from the everyday hustle and bustle. Your accommodations include a queen bed and a sleeper sofa along with two full-sized bathrooms. The lanai offers one of the best views in the resort of the pool. There is casual indoor dining for four and outdoor meals can be enjoyed on the lanai and at the grilling gazebo. Parking is available on the first floor and an elevator is just next to the unit.
This condo does not have a washer and dryer inside of it. There is a laundry room with card-operated machines available at Park Shore Resort.
Centrally located yet secluded on lush, private grounds, Park Shore Resort is the ideal Naples, Florida vacation spot for relaxation and comfort. The resort is walkable to some local shopping, dining, and multiple grocery stores and about a 12-minute drive (4.4 miles) to downtown Naples. Horizon Way (1.8 miles) and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach (2.0 miles) accesses are the closest beaches to the resort. Another favorite spot is Venetian Village (1.2 miles) with waterside shopping and dining. The community is undergoing a window replacement project from May 15th to August 15th, 2025. Each unit will take two days to complete and will not be available for booking during the replacement. There will be no disruption to the community amenities or services during this time other than some construction noise and dust.
