The first-floor lanai allows convenient access to all the amenities without the need for stairs or an elevator. Enjoy casual indoor dining for four or outdoor meals on the lanai. Guests can also make use of the five propane grills at the grilling deck and gazebo.
Parking is available just outside the front door with plenty of guest parking as well. The fitness center is fully equipped and located in the lobby. On-property dining is available at Hogfish Harry's Restaurant and Bar, offering delicious meals with a view of the pool and waterfall. Takeout is also available.
Centrally located yet secluded on lush, private grounds, Park Shore Resort is the ideal Naples vacation spot for relaxation and comfort. The resort is walkable to local shopping, dining, and multiple grocery stores, and is about a 12-minute drive (4.4 miles) to downtown Naples. Horizon Way (1.8 miles) and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach (2.0 miles) are the closest beach accesses. There is a maximum of four guests allowed per reservation, and occupancy is strictly enforced. The community is undergoing a window replacement project from May 15th to August 15th, 2025, which may cause some construction noise and dust. Each unit will take two days to complete and will not be available for booking during the replacement.
