The main feature of the outside of the home is the lanai, which has a nice covered area with an outside al fresco dining set to enjoy your evening cocktails or morning cup of coffee on. You can jump right into the heated pool, and there is a big privacy wall on the side so you have nice seclusion from the neighboring villa. You can use the attached 2-car garage to park in, along with the driveway.
Verona Walk is centrally located off of Collier Blvd (951) in Naples, Florida, and is only a short drive away from downtown Naples, the beaches on Marco Island, and the Fort Myers airport. The many amenities in Verona Walk include a town center complete with a clubhouse and restaurant, multiple community pools and spa, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts, a gas station, and miles of biking and walking paths.
