Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. Place both recycling and trash bins at the street the night before pickup on Fridays, and place the trash bin only on Tuesdays. Do not put trash in the recycling bin; if removal is required, a fee will be charged. Always close umbrellas when not in use to prevent wind damage. Shake off sand and rinse beach equipment before returning them to storage. Turn off lights when leaving the house. The A/C may be set as low as 72°F; lower settings can freeze the system.
